It's a good for increasing strength. I wish the workouts when get to the higher levels had more variety.

When I started with the app I could only do 6 push-ups - if you could even call them push-ups. With the app, in less than a month I was doing five sets of ten and a maximum of 17 in one go. Wow! I was not expecting the progress to be so quick, and I never imagined I would enjoy doing push ups so much. It's a total buzz. Now, two months in I'm doing 5 sets of 20 and my last test was 37 in one go. As someone who has never been a gym goer or a weights guy, this has been an awesome experience! Thx guys!

Hey developers, are you gone insane? I love the app & have been using it for years. It's good that you are working on upgrade the app. But let me tell you that doesn't give you the liberty to delete all our hard-earned data. Firstly, you couldn't carry forward the past data in the new app, Secondly, you made a provision to enter SC code from the previous version. This app automatically got upgraded to new version. NOw from where the hell can I get the previous version. This is ridiculous

Was a great app for tracking push-up progress. Used it for years and now lost all my data with the update. Sad about that as I hadn't written down my stats anywhere :(

I've lost all my datas with the new update. Now it is full of ads, so you have to spend more time on your phone that doing push-ups. Worst of all, I've paid for the app and the ads are still here!
