Week 3, so far I am loving this app. Gets me actually doing the push-ups after a lifetime of inactivity. The structure of the workout is great, warm up, push-ups and rests built in. Every workout session adds more reps.

Couldn't even try this app. A fake start screen below was just an ad, clock anything else to navigate around loads slow scrolling animations, the UX design is absolutely atrocious

I followed the program all the way through, and it never even gets to 100 push-ups straight. The most you get to is 70 and then the program just ends!!! Weird. EDIT: in answer to your reply asking if the problem has been resolved.....NO. I already emailed that address and nothing has changed.

It's not exactly 0-100, if the first exercise is: "do 2 push ups". I can't even do 1. There should be some preparation first
