Preparing for a Disney 10K and maybe a half-marathon with granddaughters who are 45 to 50 year younger. The "Jeffing" routine is ideal....4 minute run then 1-minute walk repeat 26 times. I get about 11.5 miles in their time frame, but it tells me I could do a Disney half-marathon in the Disney time frame and not get picked up by the ballon ladies for being too slow!!$

Great app. Helped me with 4 half-marathons, and now I will go for my fifth. Love the work-out routine as it is not overly intense. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a challenge and is not a running lover like me.

Ok. It is functional however the tracker tracks me different mileage and different routes when I run the exact same route day after day. I doubt that the actual mileage is correct, so I would not use it as a tracker for PR's by any means which sucks because runners want to know their times and mileage. I will look for a better ap.

I bought this app years ago. It was a great training aid. However, I got injured doing army stuff and stepped away from long-distance running. I recently re-installed it, and now it's requiring a subscription.

I would give more stars because I do love this app for training for the half-marathon my sister and I run every year but super pissed now because I've used it no problem for the last 4 years and now It's forcing me to pay a fee to go pro otherwise you can't go past the first week. Considering I paid for this app. Guess they want to lose customers now.
