Description
100 push ups in 6 weeks — a home workout that fits into an ordinary week. No gym, no equipment, 10 minutes three times a week.
Just 6 Weeks has been helping people get stronger since 2012. No video marathons, no cluttered dashboards — a clear program, a rest timer, and progress you can see on a chart.
A training plan and a workout tracker in one. The plan tells you what to do today; the app counts your reps, times your rest and saves every set, so your training history stays in one place instead of a notebook.
Everything here is bodyweight training you can do at home, in a park or in a hotel room. Nothing to buy and nothing to assemble — your own weight is the only equipment you need. If you already train calisthenics, this is the same idea narrowed down to one goal at a time.
The first workout is a fitness test, not a verdict: do as many pushups as you can, and the program is built around that number. Beginners start with sets of two or three reps; if you already train, you start higher.
How it works: • A short fitness test — the program adapts to your level • Three 10–15 minute workouts a week with gradually increasing difficulty • Automatic rest timer with custom settings • Reminders so you never miss a workout • Detailed statistics: sets, time, calories, progress chart
Push up counter and rep tracker Every set is counted and saved: reps, rest time and calories. The pushup counter works the same way for sit ups, squats, pull ups, dips and every other exercise, so a single workout tracker covers your whole routine.
Exercises you will train: push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups, plank, dips, bench dips, leg raises, lunges, burpees and jump rope.
Abs, core and strength Sit ups, leg raises and the plank work your abs and core. Push-ups, dips and pull ups build upper body strength. Squats and lunges take care of your legs. Run one program at a time or several in parallel — statistics are kept for each of them separately.
Take a challenge Six weeks is short enough to finish and long enough to change something. Start with the push up challenge, add the plank challenge when you feel ready, and finish with 100 dips. Every challenge is one goal with a clear finish date.
Who it is for Beginners working towards a first pull up or a first set of 20 push ups. People coming back after a long break. Anyone who trains at home and wants a simple plan instead of a gym membership. Men and women follow the same programs — the numbers come from your test result, not from your gender.
Health Connect integration: • Workouts are saved to Health Connect • Profile data (height, weight, age, gender) is used for accurate calorie tracking
Premium: • All 11 programs • Custom workouts and circuit training • Account sync — your data stays with you when you change devices
Works offline. No account needed to start training today.

Complete with realistic goals I have been using the app for some years, on and off. It takes me more than 6 weeks to finish the program, but I get there, nicely and efficiently. Fits really well for me, I am not a muscle or fitness madman, I just want to be in a nice shape and it works.

Great app. I bought it years ago when it was just $1. The current cost structure isn't worth it. The app is great for going from level 0 to pro, and I used it to get me into shape for the military.

Overall it is a decent trainer for increasing number of reps gradually (push ups)

Couple small bugs but great app and responsive developer. I've been using an older version for years and recently upgraded to new version. Bugs: 1-alert doesn't alert when app doesn't have focus 2- alert stops music needing to be manually resumed which gets annoying when doing things like planks on a time interval 3- to tapping seems to take a few tries on Galaxy fold 4

Love this app. Started using the pro version years ago when I first started working out. Came back to it recently and like that you can now add your own exercises, change the frequency of days and sets for each exercise, and especially being able to create circuits. My only issue is that they only allow you to put no more than 10 exercises into a circuit. I really would like it if I could put 12 or 13 exercises into a circuit. Hopefully they can make that happen in the near future.

Paid for the pro app back in the day. Now lost all workouts except push-ups, and want you to pay for a premium service to unlock them again??? And to add to it, I now have ads???? What a nice way to show loyalty to the customers that supported you from day one 👍
