It would be great to let users customize the number of sets (e.g., 3, 4, or 5) in the workout plan. Thank you

Great free app for those looking to do more pull-ups. It has pull up routines tailored to your current ability, and tracks your progress.

★★★★★ Avinash Gooding · Oct 11, 2022

Great app. Very useful and encouraging. Stretches, warm-ups and timers are great. Ads are not too intrusive. Keep it up dev team!

★★★★★ Stephen Kelley · Feb 7, 2021

I do this before my 5x5 m/w/f. The stretches and pull ups are a great warm up for my 5x5 (squat heavy) free weight routine. All of my 5x5 routine, is lifting weight up off the rack or ground. This hits my muscles from the opposite direction, and did wonder for my posture. I think I'm an inch taller, and my "belly" is gone.

This app is not for beginners. Program first not possible for beginners. How is possible 7 reps in one set. Total five set. I'm going to uninstall this app. Worst app 🤨🤨🤨.

★☆☆☆☆ Riggy Riggs · Feb 23, 2021

I use these apps for the rep progressions. I can't do 1 pull up. I'm using the app to track the easier chin up. I can only just do 1 chin up. So level 1 is eccentric chin-ups (Chin downs), but there are too many reps already so the progressions are set too high when starting from 0 to 1 rep max.

Nice example, how to over-complicate such an easy task - to track where I am in the program, how many pull ups I did and how many series, what is the next training and edit the training if I made a mistake or didn't track it oline. I loved the workout on the web and wanted a simple tracking.
