Works great, love that I can select levels and change the number is pull-ups performed. Only thing missing is the ability to modify logs. I accidentally completed a workout and missed my number of pull ups. My only option is to leave it or clear ALL logs.

Simple and effective way to get started on a routine and track your progress as you go. The workouts are preset in a way that they are challenging enough to make you have to push yourself and get results but aren't so difficult that you over do it and can't heal in time to do the next workout. This is key to being able to progress quickly and smoothly. No taking one step forward only to have to take two steps back. I use this app with their other apps to create a perfect PPL cycle.
