Perfect workout! I can really feel the difference from the time I started, and I am practicing seriously only 2–3 times a week. I feel so much better after each session. Even more important, I work and study, so sometimes I sit 12 hours a day, and I can really feel it in my body, especially hips. With the 10 minutes programs with Stretch it, I feel as good as new. Give yourself this gift!!! AWESOME!!

I love this app! The variety of stretches, goals, class levels and lengths along with clear explanation and instruction make Stretch It the absolute best. There's benefit for every level, from first time stretchers to advanced dancers. I've been through a lot of stretching apps, but Stretch It is the one I'll stay with because of their knowledge and understanding of how to reach flexibility goals. And customer service is amazing and quick to respond if you have any issues.

Pretty much useless unless you pay for expensive subscription. Lots of better apps available that are free. Avoid this one.

Useless app. They try to get you to pay for it immediately. I am trying to learn the middle splits, and they have no free videos for this. I won't pay for something that I cannot verify if it works!
