For years, I've had lots of musculoskeletal issues. I've done all the smashing, stretching, PT influencers, and band mobilizations. So, I saw an add and thought I'd give it a try during the free trial. I've never liked the yoga flow stuff but the static yoga poses fixed my knees right up in less than a week. You can taylor the app to what you want to do...cool down, a quick fix or actual workout and in less than 15 min. Only draw back is it doesn't seem to progress.

Don't work on Android, they should warn people that you can't even use the mobility assessment future if you own an Android. Got refunded but would still like the warning.

The content isn't bad, it's just not at all worth the money charged. I have more knowledge of exercises and stretching from 30+ years in martial arts. Was looking for something really focused on improving my knowledge of mobility specific training. This is only good if you are maybe an absolute beginner with no background in any stretching, yoga, etc.

Was disappointed with my experience with Pliability. I was charged $224.99 for a yearly subscription that went past the refund window. Despite explaining my situation and highlighting the significant financial impact ($ is a substantial amount for an unused app), a request for a refund based on fairness and not policy was declined. "Unfortunately." Given the circumstances, no understanding and no compassion! They don't care! Beware.running!

Signed up for the free trial for a test and cancelled my subscription within 2 days, still charged $199 for the year. Don't sign up to the free trial unless you are committing to making a payment.

Dark patterns and predatory subscription tactics. The free trial is designed to trap you into a paid subscription. If you try to cancel early, the app warns you that you’ll lose your entire account — a huge red flag. I missed my reminder by a day, got charged, cancelled immediately, and support still refused a refund. Feels like they rely on people forgetting to cancel rather than delivering real value. Avoid unless you’re 100% sure you want to pay.
