This app has changed my wellbeing snd focus. Not only are the stretching routines but also the breath work videos as well. I have been doing the breath work on the bus home before I go back to my family. Highly recommend 👌

For years, I've had lots of musculoskeletal issues. I've done all the smashing, stretching, PT influencers, and band mobilizations. So, I saw an add and thought I'd give it a try during the free trial. I've never liked the yoga flow stuff but the static yoga poses fixed my knees right up in less than a week. You can taylor the app to what you want to do...cool down, a quick fix or actual workout and in less than 15 min. Only draw back is it doesn't seem to progress.

Can't use without a subscription. After reading other reviews many say the same with customers service stating its common. I just downloaded the top 10 stretching and mobility apps, this is the only one that wanted s subscription up front under a free trial. All other apps allow you to use for a duration before subscription. I would hope Pliability listen to feedback and change their model.

Edit: At the end of the day it's a scam to take people's money if they forget; why auto charge a year instead of a month ? You use your policies to hide behind, saying you can't issue a refund. Be careful with the free trial. I never activated or verified my account but Pliability went ahead and charged for $170 for an annual membership through my banking info that they got from Whoop. I clicked that I was interested in a free trial provided by Whoop and the rest was history.
