Very dangerous movements for your neck are recommended in this app. I hurt my neck badly thanks to this app. Talk to a qualified medical doctor not a random app. Personal trainers are NOT qualified to give health or medical advice, no matter their certification (I have hired many!), including about spine health.

Had been using the app for a good couple of months, had its pros and cons but was overall fine w it. But since the December update it's been unusable for me. Fails to load any of the exercise previews (not even the simple cartoon ones it defaulted to previously), which is whatever, I already know the exercises, but the voice guidance lags, stutters and just straight up doesn't play, and worst, it's been crashing for me consistently after 2 or 3 exercises sice Dec. I hope they'll fix it soon...
