Fantastic, this is great, I just started I was in a car crash, and many problems since my physio said I need to do stretches, so I started but was unsure if doing right. This app just helped me straight off the bat thank you, and my physio exercises were in there too more than happy great start

Just started using this app, and it feels really nice so far. The exercises are relaxing and make my body feel less stiff. The app itself is good and easy to follow, but there are a bit too many ads. 🥲

It's supposed to have sound, and talk you through the exercises, but it didn't work (and yes, I had the sound turned up on my phone) so I had to keep trying to look at my phone to see when the exercise was done. The, when I had finished the workout, it got stuck on an ad. It was playing for about 2 minutes, with no skip or X button. I came out of the app, but when I went back in, the ad was still going! So it's getting uninstalled.

One of the biggest ad infested piece of garbage I have seen. Don't download. Installation makes you play ads that you can get past. Didn't even get to the actual app because of all the adds

Full of ads even before the 1st screen. It also pushes to purchase before even showing if the app is worth it.
