The app is nice for a basic workout that is quick and easy. It's enough to get you started and motivated which is great! If you are watching the video and listening how to do the exercise they do not match and sometimes don't make sense.

I need to cancel my subscription and there is nowhere on the app to do so. I reached out to the company via email, and I still have gotten no response. Customer service is lacking.

I loved this app at first. Purchased the full app and did not click on yearly subscription since I wanted to be able to decide before being charged again. Not only was I charged without being notified, the extra workouts that I paid for are unavailable. I did reach out to them via email and was advised of an upcoming update. Still waiting.

App kept crashing. Crashed 4 times during a workout, which was really annoying, as you can't pick up where you were, you have to keep skipping through the exercises until you get back to where you were

If I could give this -5* I would. I did these exercises for 2 days and have had 10 days of horrible back pain! It gives you no warm-ups. If you don't want lower back pain - don't even install this App. I'm fairly fit, have never had back pain, EVER, and now I do. I'm appalled.
