I cannot understand why I always struggle with the app. I use other retailers for online shopping but woollies app is not user-friendly at all. Will reload the app for the last time ever!!!! It is frustrating

Not connecting the card, not showing a virtual card or barcode. I have re-installed a bunch of times, software app everything is right but app not working Edit: I emailed Woolworths, and they reset my profile, and now it is working, thank you

Hay am a woolies loyalty customer but logging in takes forever to put a password it keeps saying wrong password. To enter the code they email the code, but it does work either. I think something must be fixed here. I even more than thirty minutes with the help of one of your stuff, but we didn't win either

Cant login to the app. As soon as you click on Login or Sign up then the screen goes blank. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall again but to no luck. We have even tried on the website, and it does the same.

The loyalty tab in the app doesn't work. Always says something went wrong, please retry. I've even uninstalled the app and re-installed it, still doesn't work. So now when shopping at Woolworths I loose out on loyalty offers. So wish Woolies didn't do away with the loyalty card, worked so much better.
