My only goal why I have the Woolworths app on my phone is to have acess to my store and loan account. I can not acess it anymore because if I click on the money icon on the botton right-hand side nothing happen!!! The icon is not working! Support contact me and the issue was resolved. Thank you!

Cannot add loyalty card, app pages won't load. No way to get help except by phone and waiting forever. That's disrespectful to loyal customers.

I downloaded the Woolworths app because physical rewards cards are being phased out, and I needed the app to access my rewards. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. I have been trying to sign in for quite some time, but the app won't let me log in no matter what I do. An app that is now essential for customers should be easy to access and reliable. I hope the technical issues are resolved soon because, at the moment, the app is causing more inconvenience than convenience.
