Order Cancelled Without Consent — Unacceptable After a system error on My Runway side they cancelled my order without even contacting me, and now the shoes I ordered are sold out. This is shocking service. I followed up multiple times, waited patiently, and instead of resolving the issue, they made it worse. No explanation. No communication. No accountability. This is not how you treat customers. I am extremely unhappy and still waiting for a proper response from the team.

OMW !! I'm about to throw my phone out the window ! I've been trying for the past 2 days to check out via debit card option. It keeps declining my card. I then tried the pay flex, I tried the EFT option, tried my husband's pay flex. I tried paying on the web page, I tried downloading the app to check out on there. I am so NOT happy. I then went and purchased some random item on the BASH app just to prove that my card is working!there is always enough funds on my cards when I do online shopping.

Worst service ever. The pickup and delivery of the replacements took more than 2 weeks. No communication from My Runway at all. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before you buy. Make this site your last resort.
