Search could be improved. Otherwise great app. When I search for say Adidas 365 shirt I get Levis items at the top of search. Please invest some tech and product effort into fixing the search.

Super frustrated - keep encountering errors when checking out. Have logged out and back in, redownloaded and ensured account is verified. Appears to be some sort of bug - please resolve this as the Iconic is generally my go to and super easy to use/quick/great interface. I just want to buy my new shoes 😭 Edit to say the issue is for all payment types - card, GPay, PayPal etc.

I have ordered a gift for someone off this app and the product was delivered in crushed packaging. This is not ideal for gift purchases because the quality of the packaging (which is the box the shoes come in) is something they don't seem to care about... so I have to now give a Christmas gift that looks like it's been chewed by a dog!

Useless app!! When I search products with filter such as brand & pants it doesn't show the product, so I purchase elsewhere. I then don't filter a search but scroll every product under product it shows up or if I've purchased product but want a different size I click on product in orders & that takes me to the product which is in stock & available. Just letting you know I've purchased so much elsewhere due to poor experience with the app. Still saves cc info at checkout on the app no toggle avail!

Need to fix bug. App keeps saying my gift card has already been redeemed when I entered. Checked the website on my desktop. Thank god credit it saved. Tried entering another gc and same prompt appears. My credit gets updated on the desktop. So something buggy on app.
