Ordered shoes which were delivered to the wrong address. I understand mistakes, however even though the delivery recipient had the wrong address and no signature, it still took 3 weeks from my initial inquiry to let me know this status after many follow-ups. Now I need to wait another 2 weeks for refund. The communication from support was minimal. It was very frustrating. I love the products from Farfetch and am I hoping it's a one off as they have been good in the past.

To say that I am utterly disappointed in Farfetch is an understatement. I put an order through, was charged instantaneously and waited a lengthy 3 days "review" period only to be told the item wasn't available. Well, and what exactly had I paid for? An unavailable item? I doubt. What I think takes place is they treat each purchase as an "auction" and seeing how my price was lower due to a discount, they must have gone with a different customer who had been charged more. Horrid!

Scam and fraud - I purchased (2) chrome heart shirts and received package with only a single shirt inside. Inside the package was a shipping ticket that showed 1 item crossed out. I reached out, and they said package should have contained both items. I sent them copy of the shipping ticket. They disregarded this and told me I had to file a police report and the report must be a wet signed or stamped report. Called police department, and they said all non-emergency reports must be filed online so I

Farfetch has been a complete disappointment. Three wrong-size orders in under two months, a refund they claimed was processed but never showed, and I had to chase them endlessly to fix their own mistake. I paid delivery and customs fees three times for errors that were NOT mine. Customer service is almost nonexistent—no follow-up, no accountability, nothing. This is unacceptable for a major company, and I’ve never experienced such poor service with any other online retailer.
