Ordered a Log Horizon Vol 10 Light Novel. Price seemed low and I was expecting to be ripped off tbh. Then the dispatch got delayed due to the US-Iran War and I was doubting if these guys would cancel. But after 2 days someone from their team called ALLEN called to reassure me that the delivery will be delayed but I would get my item and I did get my Book today, and it's legit book. Needs a better way to show if the book is a paperback or a Kindle edition though instead of asking CS every time.

Beware of these scammers. I consider this a fraudulent and extremely deceptive practice. You make a purchase, and weeks later they charge your card $213 for a “free shipping” subscription you never knowingly agreed to. Maybe I simply don’t want to buy from Desert cart again! And seriously, $213 for a shipping subscription? Is it really supposed to be more expensive than YouTube Music Premium, LinkedIn Premium, and Netflix combined? Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently placed an order on Desert cart and was automatically charged 799 SAR for an annual PRO membership that I did not intend to purchase. The subscription option is not clear during checkout, and there is no simple way to manage or cancel subscriptions directly in the account settings on the website. I have reached out to customer support to request a full refund back to my card for this unused membership. Desert cart needs to make checkout options fully transparent and offer self-service

I ordered an item and have been waiting for delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery team never contacted me, yet they falsely updated the status stating that the customer was unavailable. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. If a delivery attempt was genuinely made, the customer should at least receive a call or message. I hope the company need to improve its delivery service and communication with customers.
