I did put my order on Nov.19 and been advised that delivery will tack around a week then I received an email the delivery will tucker approx. 2 weeks more time for delivery because the item classified as dangerous goods. The surprise is the item been delivered to my on Nov.26 morning time mean within a week, item delivered in good condition packing without any extra fees invoice was very clear in details .... thank you

I have placed many orders using this app. It used to be fine till 2024. Orders I have placed in 2025 till date, not only they charge excess amounts than the actual charges, desert cart doesn't deal with local TCS or delivery services effectively. I have paid twice the actual charges of the ordered products just to receive them from delivery people. Desert cart says it doesn't deal with local customs, well it should. So new users please check this before installing this app or recommending it.

This app is totally delaying app the delivery is given approximately apri 3, and now it's totally apri 6, and it's price is 3.2k why they are taking long time don't buy in this app

The website is a scam... they make you pay additional delivery and shipping charges and once you pay them... once the order is sent they ask for extra money for delivery... if I have to pay extra money again what is the purpose of taking delivery charges to begin with... they have such exaggerated prices and hidden charges everywhere... it's better to order from some other trusted site it's very shady and full of scam... wasted my 20k on an instant coffee. I waited an entire month for my order.
