Recently purchased a gaming laptop from Microless and had a positive experience overall. The product arrived within the promised time frame and was well-packaged. The customer service, especially from Ms. Zara, was very helpful and responsive. However, I think the website could be more user-friendly. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Microless to others.

NOT RECOMMENDED !!! The costumers service are ready to say anything for you to buy and when you receive the device with referent specifications and complain about it, they just change the description on the app and tell you that there was a mistake and the description was not right and that's it they don't do anything about your actually problem and of course we are talking about days and days of waiting to your reply

Microless only use DHL to ship internationaly, which is really, really expensive, as DHL charge an unreasonable fee for a mere convenience of them taking care of your duty administration paperwork, which anybody can do it themselves with just a little effort. The import duty that should only cost me about $20 ended up became $60 because DHL is charging me a $40 fee for the convenience of them taking care of the paperwork. I ended paying more than tripple the amount of the gaming mouse I bought

Worst service I order sound bar after 2 days I'm getting mail that amount will be refunded, but before I called and asked customer service thay told it will be delivered no proper service if no stock then y they are listing the product

Complete ripoff!! ZERO after sales service. They just want your money. They sent a faulty SSD & when I complained it was not working, they spent 5 days not answering. After failing to solve the issue, they agreed to an exchange. It took them AN ENTIRE MONTH to pick up the SSD. They weren't replying to the shipping company's emails and refused to cooperate. After receiving the SSD, they surprised me that they won't send the exchange and instead, need 7 to 14 working days to check it. THIEVES
