★★★★★ Update: I like the fact that, in this new update, the ‘loading icon’ (it really bugged me) is not the star! 🙂 You also ought to update your website, removing the ‘loading star icon’. You can replace it with something like this: ‘↺’. Are you going to update your website, removing the star loading icon which bugs me?

★★☆☆☆ "I had a very bad experience with Julia regarding their return policy. I ordered a [wristwatch] which arrived on December 5th, and I wanted to return it within the specified return period. However, Julia unjustifiably refused to accept the return. I tried contacting customer service, but instead of resolving the issue, they tried to convince me that I had misunderstood the return policy and that it only applies to electronics. It's clear that Julia does not adhere to its advertised return policy

★★☆☆☆ I bought a headset that had a defect, so I submitted a return request. During their inspection, they found another defect and refused to accept the return, even though I submitted the request only half an hour after receiving it. There was also a lot of confusion in customer service and order follow-up—the worst after-sales service ever. I lost the money I paid for the headset, which was supposed to be original. Unfortunately, I will never deal with them again.
