I ordered an item at 8:20 am, I was told I can receive the product same day if ordered by 10:00 am if I pay for same day shipping. My order was delayed to the next day (time sensitive item), I cancelled the order and was only refunded for the item not the almost R100 extra delivery fee which they could not deliver on. You don't get what you pay for. I should mention this happened on July 2nd so NO, a protest is not a vlid excuse because there are none active at this time

Delivery with no items in container box collected and returned for replacement. Not happy for priority delivery with no contents. Never experienced this before, since this was an urgent-required items with no contents. Will have to open box and verify items in future
