I ordered for an item I paid online but the delivery guy told it was cash on delivery I paid it requested a refund but told me to wait for two days it's been two weeks, but I still haven't received my money, and they have the worst customer service.

Placed an order since January, was told it's out of stock and so will refund my money, up till now they haven't refunded my money nor have they given me my items. When messages are sent to them, they hardly reply. Poor customer service.
