I've been with shopify since 2019 recently my account was hacked and my money was stolen I talk to support in which is no support because no live agent, and they give you the run around I disputed 13 charges they only resolved 4 but all happen on same day I had to force them to send another card when I received it shopify temporary restricted my account, so now I don't have access to my funds I contacted support to unlock it nothing happened I think they selling information and scamming stores

I am a Shopify user and everything is generated from my balance account. I have 2 fraudulent charges on my account and there is no way to challenge them and no way to contact anyone. I tried going through Shopify and was told there would be a resolution but nothing happened it's been two weeks. I have every shop that I have on platforms funneling onto this account, and now it's not only compromised but there is no support. Why platforms make you use their payment sources I will never understand.
