All I can say is, without it, we'd all be lost because it's the customer's view that helps developers make better changes. I never knew what any of this was until I became a reviewer, and these developers—it's amazing what they do behind the scenes to make one little app work and turn it into entertainment, security, and everything else. It's amazing to see it work, but the customer's view is the ultimate view.

Love the idea of the app. Was looking for something like this, and you've delivered. Only one problem... It keeps disconnecting at random intervals. What it needs, in the case of disconnecting, is that the original POS app should keep/remember pair handshake with devices, in the same way Bluetooth works so that you could just hit a "connect" button and resume whenever a customer comes in. Maybe add more welcome sceen customization, like a slideshow, wallpaper or background colors. But I love it.

Continually disconnects and is VERY difficult to get to reconnect. We contacted Shopify before we invested in a tablet to run this app, and they said it worked fine. Checkout at our POS is VERY confusing without a customer view of the transaction. Swinging the IPAD back and forth is not an acceptable option.

What a useless app. I bought a dual-tablet mount for my cash desk, specifically because I thought having the customer facing view meant I wouldn't have to keep turning my main POS tablet around anymore, for customers to select chequing/savings accounts and enter their PINs when using the chip reader. WRONG! What's even the point of a customer facing screen if I still have to turn/give them my tablet to let them enter their details??? Now the extra tablet is just in the way!
