I have been using the Android app for several weeks and have had no problems with it so far (on a Google Pixel phone). All of my experiences with Customer Service have been satisfactory over the past few years since first signing up with this company. It is unfortunate that others have had bad experiences with this app & company. I am waiting for the Android app to get updated with card reader pairing, so we can get the lower rate on swipe transactions versus manually keyed sales. Soon?? I hope!

The app seems to work fine. The service is another story and I just terminated my PayChex/Eastpointe account, their fees ended up being much higher than advertised - every transaction was charged at the higher "non-qual" rate. I contacted our Paychex rep (Ryan) about it in early December, and he promised to get it straightened out then went MIA for a couple of weeks then emailed me to call him during the holidays, now he's unresponsive again - doesn't return calls or emails. The total fees on our partial month of December transactions was over 5%, so we're done with that frustration.

Did not work with mobile swipe device. Purchased a mobile swipe device. Swipe credit card, program asks for confirmation, upon submitting the program crashes. Please fix.
