★★★★★ I have been using the Android app for several weeks and have had no problems with it so far (on a Google Pixel phone). All of my experiences with Customer Service have been satisfactory over the past few years since first signing up with this company. It is unfortunate that others have had bad experiences with this app & company. I am waiting for the Android app to get updated with card reader pairing, so we can get the lower rate on swipe transactions versus manually keyed sales. Soon?? I hope!

★★☆☆☆ Leaving Eastpointe/ Card Connect because of the random huge extra fees we see taken here and there, with no warning. Can't get a person on the phone without playing several rounds of Menu Choice Hell and then they 1) aren't English speaking and 2) can't give you an explanation of why they tapped your bank account with 30% MORE than expected, 3) we get *disconnected when I demand an explanation! Plus, forced new fees for *security packs* we can't opt out of? After years of this, we're out.

★★☆☆☆ Zero stars, this doesn't work with Android. They said it does, matter of fact I clicked on the Android app on their website... Liars.

★★☆☆☆ Did not work with mobile swipe device. Purchased a mobile swipe device. Swipe credit card, program asks for confirmation, upon submitting the program crashes. Please fix.
