Since 13 Nov 2019 I can't access this app through my mobile. Tried to uninstall and reinstall still the same. On 14 Nov 2019 there was a pop-up update for it. As usual, I updated the app but still unable to access. The weird part is I was able to enter late night on 12 Nov to their partner store. Please assist.

As a customer. I going to say this. The app is like an inexperience app. I look at the "Golden boy Panda sago" and I see a "Vist the partner store" yes I click it and came out browser and there's more information than the app itself. This is retarded. I look at this app and I feel not inviting to look the rest of the store itself. Please make a better app with no "Vist the partner store to browser bull poop" I'm a customer, I want all information in one app, not separate app to browser.

I'm a shop consultant. I am using the Malaysia English site. I have used the apps to purchase things on watson. Somehow I did not any points from my last purchase. Its not so user-friendly, as im a consultant, It's hard for us to promote to our friends. The other consultant asked me to use laptop and download shop buddy to purchase. I find it not so user friend, please help to take note on this problem. We hope to have good experience with these apps and grow together 😊
