I just used this app to purchase movie tickets and so far my experience is actually great, I do have a suggestion, a feature on a bought ticket where you can actually see the seat you purchased (Like the feature on the process of buying a ticket where you select your seat in the cinema) like I want to actually see where the seat I have picked.

You order groceries at 11am and will be delivered after 12 hours. No update, no tracking option, contact us tool is useless, AI generated answer. I emailed them 10x still no reply even after 1 month!!!! . 2nd time ordered it was delivered the next day when I specifically placed delivery today at 2PM. Better buy at food mart or grab mart they will deliver in 1 hour.

App is slow, buggy as hell, gives you a loading screen every 2 actions, crashes often, and has no proper handling for interrupted payments. They wil tell you an order is pending payment, but they wil give you O means to actually pay. Edit: I did contact your email. They just told me my order was canceled. I then had to manually rein put my entire order. So, no, this review score will not change. Orders are late 99% of the time, and they may delete your promo if they do not have items in stock. 85

The booking for the cinema seats is bugged. I couldn't process my online payment methods (gcash & card which is also my issue) I have to exit to retry it again. The seats I choose are deemed unavailable. I thought somebody got the seats, I just retry it again. The same thing happened again. I retried it on the website and it happened again. It's just the seats that I got that is unavailable despite it not being paid. This could possibly reflect on the physical kiosk making it unavailable for all.
