★★☆☆☆ App is ok, but password reset sucks, doesn't work. You reset your password, and it still won't let you in, takes a looooong time to synchronize and update

★★☆☆☆ Trying to use for navigation inside Florida Mall but app keeps crashing after I select what mall I'm in. Worthless!

★★☆☆☆ Crashes every time it tries to update the map. Happens on my phone and my wife's. I was never able to actually open and use the app. Reported the crashes and uninstalled.

★★☆☆☆ Literally just takes you to the websites of the malls. For the owners of so many malls you would think they would actually care about customer service. Don't waste your time.
