I ordered a lumber delivery. Half the delivery was put on the truck and half was left at the store for pickup. I never wanted pickup. That is why I selected and paid for delivery. Now I have to pay to have the rest of the order to be delivered. I tried to call the store to fix it, but I couldn't get past the AI on the phone. The app and the store are both trash. I have had nothing but problems with this store. They don't consider their customers AT ALL. It is pathetic.

Most piss poor rum store, needed to order windows and doors for our new house, waited iver an hour for help. Never arrived. I am not just homeowner. I am a Construction manager, and we spent a ton of money with Lowes, So I shop with Lowes through out the Southeast. This Lowes I have shop in, and I get upset every time. It's further away, but I usually drive to the Pace location, because of the terrible service you get at the Crestview location.

Flock contracts exist at Lowe's. I will not be shopping at Lowe's while they have flock cameras
