Good app. Helps me shop online and also lets me know current inventory in physical stores. It also helps save items on lists and show accurate locations within the store for the product. I am a Lowe's credit card member and this app saves me the trouble of carrying my card every time I go shopping in stores. I updated my card info on the app, and it helps me use a digital wallet QR code that I can scan to make payments at checkout in the store and get my 5% discount, and also I can use my rewards

Can't even log in. doesn't even recognize my email. Can't create an account. Can't get into account. Only says oops an error has occurred

Paid for my online order to have them keep trying to take extra money out of my account. Even went and paid in store in full, and before I was out of the parking lot they tried to hit my card for more money

Tried 4 times to place this order online, 4 times it took all my information then when I clicked to place the order, the next screen was a signing screen, as if I had just logged in. My rating applies to Lowes' Internet interface and the extreme shipping times. I note that I haven't placed an order for normal consumer goods with a 10-day delivery time for decades.

Difficult to access. Had to log in 999 times, and it took me an hour to get into the app. Help center closed. 40th in line for help by messaging so I am not the only one who has trouble with this app
