I'm a sr citizen with health issues making it impossible to manoever those big flat carts in the garden center. I'm appalled that your district manager Homer seems to think keeping buggies in the garden center should not be allowed. I shop at Lowe's at LEAST once a week in the garden section. That's not counting what my husband does inside. Having a buggy available is the least you can do for us elderly & those with young kids. None were available in the buggy carts there either. Ridiculous.

Had a terrible experience with a customer service rep named Nora she was completely rude and condescending proceeded to tell me my receipt was pointless to locate my order even thought it has my order number on it. She snatched the receipt and has an attitude that was out of line. I can't believe she is working with the public she needs a job in the private sector where she never sees a soul. I will be escalating my complaint to the general/district manager.

I'll shop Home Depots app, Lowes is no longer supported on my ole device. Not worth replacing a perfectly good device just to download Lowes app I've already uninstalled the older version of the app! Good Luck!
