Lowe's customer drive up- pick up is the best feature! I'm pretty busy, so I simply order online and when they day is there or ready for pick up-i drive up, say I'm here through the app and for a quicker and easier experience, I'm driving away before most people would normally find their (whatever they need!) and I'm driving away. 1-2-3. 😁

Had the best customer service ever!!!! From Stephanie at the Galax Lowes Cabinet section. Stephanie went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing butcher block countertops over the phone for work I am having done in VA. While helping me and ensuring the items were pulled for pickup she handled other requests in the cabinet section and on the Lowes floor. She is amazing, if I owned a business I would try and hire her immediately! Very professional, personable, and great customer service!!!

Forceful Data Harvesting. If you don't keep your location services on you have to search for your home store every single time. Location services, especially precise, have been known medically to make me very ill. A vast majority of apps will not work properly unless you allow them to have precise location in the background, the target app has removed your phone's ability to even allow permissions to remove them for tracking. This corporate information harvesting is getting intense my friends.

I have been trying to check out the whole morning, and it has me log in, do 2 steps, and then clears my cart. Then I add everything back in the cart try to check out and back at the same loop again. The worst part is that I lost my $20 lowes cash because it was in my cart! Horrible check out experience. I'd rather order from Amazon since it's a smoother check out.

This app broke yesterday. Endless verification loop, and I can no longer purchase anything. Asks for a password, requires a verification code, wipes my cart and does not complete the order. Start over and same thing happens again.
