This company is shady. They will tell you item is being delivered but no courier company will call you. After few days more they will say the item is delivered, where it's not. They have no concern for you once you've made your order. The line to customer service is also bad. You have to call and redial at least 8 times to 10 times before your call connects. Don't pay the product right away. Wait for the arrival of item before you pay to be safe. 05.08.2026: STILL BUGGED, STILL LAME. New app. 👎

6th street used to be really good and reliable online shopping app. But recently when I ordered shoes for my mom, it was marked delivered in the app, but I have not received it at all. No proof of delivery even. And customer service wasn't helpful.
