Akixi

The Akixi app works in conjunction with the Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000 service. If you're a service user you can view your reports on this app.

Akixi is a cloud-based call and contact analytics services company, offering unprecedented insight into how your contact processes are working and how you can optimise them for a game-changing, ultra-responsive customer experience.

It can be fully customised via the desktop application to suit your company’s specific needs. You can swipe between different reports on your mobile device.
