Haven't explored the automation scripts yet but monitoring is good, although it does not notify when a monitor is down

Pretty limited functionality. You can tell if something is up or down, but no ability to drill down and see the reason or stack traces. You cannot view any APM data. You must log in to the website to view any details so this won't help you do anything on the go without a laptop.

Does the job, but it's annoying that it often has multiple simultaneous alerts for the same event and doesn't provide any detail in the alert text once there is more than one alert - makes it impossible to know what is going on from my smartwatch

Push notifications not working on alerts. Contacted support, 3 days in I am still trying to explain the issue. Q. Is it push notifications or emails? A. Push notifications like explained in my mail. Q. Can you send monitor names A. It's all, I'm not getting any notifications Q. Can you sent name A. Sending screen dumps of latest alerts containing monitor names "This is notifications inside app" Support has now forgotten the core issue? Back to explain the issue again. This is such a waste

I can't believe it's this bad. The concept of site24x7 is great, but the implementation is poor. The app feels like something a couple of interns banged out in a week. Elements are grossly oversimplified; the website has z-index bugs, and the service feels like a disappointing letdown compared to what it could/should be. I wanted my onsite poller to automatically add monitors for everything it can see on the network; it doesn't seem to be able to do that properly. Will switch to something else.
