Way more reliable, user-friendly, and feature rich than quickbooks, and truly free. I wish I knew about it years ago. Instead of paying a subscription to constantly troubleshoot, I can very easily complete quotes and invoices for free. It still seems too good to be true.

Buggy and antiquated little invoicing app. Nothing is intuitive. You try to add a line item and because it's a new item you now have to hit the ➕️ sign and then retype everything in again. If you want to modify that Line Item you can't! You have to create an entirely new line item. There's no shortcuts with the app. Good luck trying to issue a refund. I searched for 3 days off and on trying to figure this out, checked with Google, YouTube and Ai and none of them could help.
