So easy to use. I have been using zoho for over a year, it's so straight forward, simple, elegant. Everything your business needs when it comes quotes. Invoicing, expenses, and time tracking. They have great customer support if you ever need it. Has been free which is amazing! I am beyond impressed, the only thing I need to run my business right from my phone. oh and I've never had any lagging or crashes, runs smooth, and I have an older phone. Best most useful app I've ever downloaded.

Overall Satisfied, Emails Bounce 85% of the time forcing me to resend invoice as a reminder. Other than that, I have no issues. A very easy platform to use for free

Buggy and antiquated little invoicing app. Nothing is intuitive. You try to add a line item and because it's a new item you now have to hit the ➕️ sign and then retype everything in again. If you want to modify that Line Item you can't! You have to create an entirely new line item. There's no shortcuts with the app. Good luck trying to issue a refund. I searched for 3 days off and on trying to figure this out, checked with Google, YouTube and Ai and none of them could help.

Cannot handle multiple page quotations and invoices. Page footer does not act like page footer. Instead, it moves with the rest of the body.
