How can user login to console? Authenticator and bypass code was never set up. I understand safety is important but not so safe that the account owner can't log in unless you want to block and tell them to nuck off. Authenticator and bypass can only be setup after login. I can't log in. How and who set it up.

After I successfully logged in, I'm unable to choose my region. The region list is empty. And most settings throw errors. Then I restarted the app, it now keeps giving me ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error. I can't use this app at all.
