★★★★★ I absolutely love this system! It does so much more than our old system, from the video chat with visitors to delivery codes for shippers. I can issue virtual keys for easy entrance for my friends, family, and service people. If people call me from their cell phones, I can open the door through the mobile app.

★★★★★ I never thought a smart door phone could be so high-tech. When my friends visit me before they arrive home, I always find it a hassle to give them the code and then go back to change it. But this app has a temporary QR code function that allows me to create a valid QR code with the number of access and time limit on any given days, and to monitor when the QR code is scanned for the door entry.

★★☆☆☆ The concept and many of the individual functions of this app appear sound and attractive. Don't be fooled! Nothing about it works. Worse than the app itself is, Aquvox itself. First off, the face recognition intercom was installed at a height not perfect for capturing neck and chest selfies rather than face...lol The inadequacies of the Aquvox Intercom are way, way too many to mention. I struggle to give even one positive example of intercom function. Do not waste your time!!!!

★★☆☆☆ We have been using the system for 2 months now, the app stops working without warning, it lacks reliability, all we want is to reliably receive calls from the front door

★★☆☆☆ The door logs, call history time in the app is still incorrect despite the recent update. Please can this be fixed?

★★☆☆☆ Love how smart this app could be, but it rarely does work. Call from door does not ring/notify on my phone (Google Pixel 7, with all permissions for the app) Sometimes a notifications comes in 30–40 minutes later
