I’m absolutely satisfied with this mobile app—its Live View feature lets me check on visitors in real time, and the visitor delivery management is seamless. Unlocking the door remotely is incredibly easy, no complicated steps at all! The overall performance is excellent, making home security and package receiving so much more convenient. Cool idea, but the app service running in the background all the time causes huge drain on battery especially if you're on cell data! I had to disable it. An option to disable the background call service and replace it with just a push notification that says for example "you got a call from x at the time y" would be good. Otherwise, I have to disable the app all together as there's no other way to get its background service to stop! And the call full screen alert is too intrusive anyway...

This app kind of works... It never failed on me, but it has so many weird things that it can't be classified as a good app. The notifications do not use the normal notifications of android. It kind of overlay its UI weirdly on top of it. It looks like a ancient app that they keep just because it still works, and they know that the app users are not the one paying for these devices, it's the property managers. So they do not need to have a great mobile app experience, just one that works.

Regularly logs you out and have to regularly request codes to log back in. not good enough for a mobile app used every time I ever the gates
