I’m obsessed with how easy the monitor feature is on this app! Just last night, I heard a knock while cooking—instead of wiping my hands and rushing to the door, I grabbed my phone, opened the app, and used the monitor to see it was a delivery. It’s fast, simple, and has made my life so much more convenient. The easy monitor function alone makes this app a 5-star must-have for any home!

Call audio doesn't work when phone is charging. App has no integration into home assistant or google home, no automation capabilities built-in, no way to cast cameras to another device when waiting on a delivery, system is cloud based meaning photos and vids captured are stored online instead of on the system, no way to delete photos you have captured, monitor feature has 10 seconds timer, TOS is wildly strict - want to capture a frame every few seconds to monitor weather/deliveries - not allowed

This app kind of works... It never failed on me, but it has so many weird things that it can't be classified as a good app. The notifications do not use the normal notifications of android. It kind of overlay its UI weirdly on top of it. It looks like a ancient app that they keep just because it still works, and they know that the app users are not the one paying for these devices, it's the property managers. So they do not need to have a great mobile app experience, just one that works.

Notification are not working properly. You will get a notification a few minutes after a call has been made and thus miss the delivery of a package or a guest.

Regularly logs you out and have to regularly request codes to log back in. not good enough for a mobile app used every time I ever the gates
