This control4 stuff is great and so glad went with this product and not brand !@$$. They keep adding features that only require software update. This intercom is great and blows away anything out there. My son used my touch PANEL to cal me at work... HE is only 2 years old.

About time! Now they need the option, so I can use the intercom feature via the audio speakers in my house. Just like using the control4 touchscreen but this should be available on the cellphone too.

There is no video. It’s motion sensor, so you can only see the person at your door in real time. Also, the notifications don’t open the app, so there are multiple steps to see the person, and you have to be at your phone at all times and move quickly to actually catch the person at your door! Also, there is a separate app, so it’s not integrated with the Control4 app - you need two apps, so it doesn’t feel integrated - which is the purpose of a home automation system!! Not as good as Nest or Ring

This App lost the video or ability to see anyone at my front door since an update by C4 in early 2020, tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and removing my device from the Control 4 approved devices and re adding. Control 4 support don't seem to know and no one attempted to contact me which is most disappointing after email C4 all the logs.

Intercom anywhere stopped working after control4 software was upgraded in Feb 2020. The features for answering calls when someone rings the door station stopped working. The Control4 tech has been to my house at least 3 times trying to solve the problem but keeps getting the run around from Control 4 support. What a waste of time and money.
