Composer Express is a configuration tool exclusively for authorized Control4 partners that dramatically simplifies the install process, allowing partners to minimize their time at job sites and increase their productivity during system setup. For smaller projects, use Composer Express standalone to create accounts, define a system, and connect devices. For more advanced projects, use it as a companion to the full Composer Pro programming experience.
Key Features: • Search for, view, and add new customer accounts under your dealership • Register a controller to a customer account • Service and update a customer system locally or remotely • Add and identify a new controller into the project • Search and add device drivers from an online database or personal cloud storage • Set all project properties (date, time, timezone, location, locale & language, etc.) • Discover and add SDDP and IP devices on a local network • Setup and manage Zigbee networks and discover Zigbee devices • Add and manage supported Z-Wave devices • Update drivers on customer systems • Create connections between devices (AV Inputs, AV Outputs, Control, and Room) • Configure and set properties on device drivers • Manage room settings for device visibility, display order, or hide the room entirely • View Network status of all ZigBee (signal, battery, associated mesh controller) • Backup customer projects • Load customer projects (or project templates) from an online backup, USB drive, or Dropbox • Refresh Navigators • Assign a 4Sight license to a customer account • Reports controller serial number to support OvrC integration

This is an invaluable resource when you are a Control4 dealer. I have fixed clients problems while on the chair lift at the luge in Rotor. That's pretty awesome. Fast connection for diagnosis and minor changes. More dealers need to use this!

Works fine for me on android 8 / lg v30 phone. Typically, never bring my laptop anymore to service calls, love this app! So far it seems that I only need my laptop for editing/creating custom drivers and initial set up. Pros Literally like zero pop-ups asking me to renew, register, verify, incorrect firmware alerts, etc. It's a convenience and a half. Surely a laptop will be faster but if you forget your laptop or psu in the truck/shop this handy app saves you! Sometimes this app is actually better ! You get to avoid all the firmware version difference alerts and notifications composer pops up with. When you get to hundreds of customers you'll see what I mean. Cons 1) relocate the save/refresh navigator button to the same page as the device you are editing. 2) Possible issue with network discovery with older controller firmware? 3) Edit driver option Never really set up a controller start to finish on this app, so I can't comment on the registration process using this app. But this app is awesome for service calls.

Constant crashes. I wish I could go back to before it updated. It was much more stable then.

I'm an Android user, and it crashes every two clicks saying java error. I wish major corps such as snap would realize that the entire world does not work off iOS. So frustrating trying to service customers remotely without have to pull out my laptop for something that could be resolved by a simple app. Please fix this.

It does not work at all on Android. Scrolling sucks tap to save??? . Please fix it for Android But sure enough works fine on iPhone. Good job guys
