Online pairing allows you to issue credentials remotely via the My2N Management Platform. Users will receive their credentials instantly in the app, so they don’t need to be physically on-site and pair their phones with the reader.
Please note, My2N has completely replaced 2N Mobile Key.

There are 4 ways to use the My2N App to open doors:
Touch mode lets you open the door without removing your phone from your pocket or bag. Simply touch the reader with your hand or a spare elbow
Tap mode allows you to trigger door opening from a greater distance by tapping the button in the app. Perfect for car park or garage access.
Card mode allows you to authenticate by presenting your phone against the reader without needing to unlock the screen.
Motion mode offers the highest level of convenience: simply approaching the reader with your phone on your person will open the door!
What powers 2N’s mobile access?
2N’s own WaveKey technology, based on Bluetooth, is the driving force behind our mobile access. It offers reliable, secure, and convenient entry – allowing you to leave the keys at home!
It prevents unwanted door opening by only opening doors when the mobile phone is approaching the reader or the intercom - static phones and phones moving away from the reader won’t authenticate.
Bluetooth credential security is guaranteed by government-grade AES encryption over our proprietary channel. Benefit from the option of NFC door unlocking too, if your phone and 2N reader support it.
My2N utilizes a foreground service for the following purposes:
Calling: To seamlessly initiate and manage calls. Without the foreground service, users will only receive notifications of incoming calls but will not be able to receive the calls themselves.
Bluetooth Door Opening: To unlock doors by touching a nearby access device (such as an intercom or reader) without needing to open the app.

This app works very reliably across multiple installations. Functionality is good and having the Bluetooth access cards built in now is a major improvement, although there are still some gaps like a do not disturb button / timer and support for more than one external camera stream.

Works really well, but if you have multiple houses you have to put all systems on one site or else you can only receive calls from one site at a time because you get a unique login for each site. Pretty ridiculous, but at least there is a workaround. But if you were a property manager for multiple different clients with this system, you would be out of luck.

I was forced to migrate to this app from Mobile key. When using mobile keyz it was always running in the background, and I could just press a button by the door and if my phone was nearby, it would unlock the door. Since it changed to this app, it has been unreliable at best. It works like the old one sometimes, but most of the time it either has a delay, or won't work at all until I open the app on my phone (which when my hands are full, and it's raining is not a great experience).

I had someone text me wanting to deliver a package but couldn't get in, so I unlocked the door without video, so I couldn't see so-called delivery handler. I never got a package, so he may have just been saying that knowing I would let him in to deliver my package. I'm first on the list, so I get people all the time buzzing my name to get in, and I use to talk to them and see them on video most of them were Domino's or FedEx or another delivery service, but I Have No Video now.

This app doesn't work all the time. Sometimes you have to try and fail before it will open and work.
