I tried calling the numbers online to customer service to find out how to use the iPhone from my phone and I still need help registering the bell# to my apt and phone. Can anyone help?

One of the worst apps I've ever been forced to use. Would show incoming calls about 50% of the time, and would let you answer them successfully about 10% of that. Now doesn't answer any calls at all, and after a reinstallation won't even scan the QR code. On the outside chance someone considers buying a AIPhone intercom system ever sees this -- Do not do it, you will replace it in a month.

Very buggy. The app never works. Sometimes calls aren't received. When they are received sometimes you can't pick it up and open the door. I hate that we have to use it and don't have another option. Most of the time these days I end up walking down to let my guests in because I can't use the app to buzz them in. I hate it.
