Description
AlphaTouch enables you to see live video of who is calling you before you answer the call. When a visitor to your building calls you from the AlphaTouch hardware in your lobby you will get a notification on your phone. You then have the option to answer or ignore the call. You can also easily unlock the door from the app to let your visitor in the building.

Very quiet and private no but every now and then at night some kids run around in the hallway and yell and scream but please understand that's the only complaint I have please understand thanks

Really nice app! There were issues logging in before, but now that I can actually use the app, it's seamless and works really well with the intercom system. I can open the door from across the country with this thing.

This app only sends notifications once in a blue moon. Most of the time, it just calls my phone. Even more delightful, I can't unlock the door unless I do so in response to an event (it just doesn’t have the option to do so), so basically, it's just an app that lets people call you when they're at the door. Edit: The above was written after this app once again called me about a visitor instead of sending a notification. I finally got the notification for this one—20 minutes late!

App doesn't 'ring' or send notifications that someone is trying to get into my apartment building. And then it sends a phone call that... doesn't allow me to open the door from my phone. The app is super outdated, slow, and doesn't have any actual help resources, and keeps freezing and crashing.
