Works great with clear audio and video. I installed this system with a JO master station and two JO door stations. The video is clear, and the audio works great on both ends. This was a very economical solution, very easy to install and set up. The mobile app was easy to set up and very straight forward so very little training was necessary for the end user.

Terrible app. Even if someone opens the door, the bell just keeps on ringing. When the bell rings, it takes a long time to open the app and hit all the buttons. It is faster to stand up and walk to the door than to use the app. And the dialogue box telling you that you were successful is annoying, unnecessary, and not accurate. The notification should automatically stop when the door is opened (manually, by phone, or by monitor). Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Long lag when selecting monitor and actually displaying anything. Or just gets a system error. When trying to receive a call at the door the lag is so great that you cannot answer. When trying to play back recordings, either a system error or just sound with a green image. Please improve this app! Feel like the whole intercom system was a waste of money! We installed because it came with a phone app, the wall plate will almost never be used in reality.

I installed the iPhone system specifically because it had an app. BIG MISTAKE! The app only works 1 out of 5 times at best. Keeps giving error msg saying app is in use and to try again later when I try to open the app. This is with someone waiting at the gate, and I'm trying to close and open the app multiple times!

DO 👏🏼 NOT 👏🏼 INVEST 👏🏼 YOUR 👏🏼 MONEY👏🏼 INTO 👏🏼 THIS 👏🏼 SYSTEM 👏🏼 It is absolutely trash. The reviews say it all. The company is NEVER going to fix the app. This has been going on for years. Don't waste your time and money, go with something different that's going to be reliable.
