Great app for an airline. I wish the luggage tracker and push notifications re luggage was a little more like other airlines. It's great for the basics.

It's been notch lately for some reason, but it's easy to use, and very effective for booking, changing, and managing flights. I also use other airline apps, Alaska is by far the most capable app.

This app was useless. I wanted to do something trivial: check in and view my boarding pass on my phone. The app didn't have my reservation when I logged in although both the app and the reservation have my name and frequent flyer number. I checked in via my browser and the app still didn't have my flight until I added it manually with name and reservation code. If I have to do that, I'd rather use my browser and phone wallet. Why bloat my phone's storage with an app that adds no convenience.

App crashes constantly and does not show up-to-date information.

Since the app update about a month ago, my trips won't load. This means that I can't access a boarding pass. It's also not allowing me to add bags or change seats. In other words, the update made the app useless. I just reinstalled the app before my flight tomorrow, hoping it would at least let me check in. Nope. Alaska doesn't cate about Android users, apparently.
