I have been using this app for about 3 weeks now. I am a new hire, and I must genuinely say that I have read a lot of the comments and I feel like the app has had alot of significant changes made to it. I have no issues within the app. I clock in, and it keeps me clocked in until I clock out. I would suggest that all the issues I have read under these comments have been fixed because I haven't had any of those issues. So far I actually love how simple the app is! No issues here

Pathetic! Always logging me out, and there's biometric login option missing in new update. Worst update

This app, is terrible, when logging in or out, it does not submit, when writing in progress notes, it does not fully submit, instead progress notes save as draft, tried many times submitting, but keeps saving as draft. Will upgrade stars when I see changes been resolved.

For one client, having to clock in and out multiple times is a bit excessive. Clocking in once and out when leaving is sufficient

Please add a notification feature on this app! A lot of our workers have missed going to clients because when there's a client added to our schedules, and we don't know about it, we miss visiting the client, and it greatly impacts our work. It would very extremely helpful if once someone adds a client to our schedule, we would immediately get the notification through the app, and I could better plan out my day if I knew ahead of time.
