This app has been great. Never have issues & if you do have any issue or don't understand something their awesome at guiding you through & getting it worked out! UPDATE 1/3/26: I WAS GOING TO PUT IN A REVIEW COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT ONE IN IT JUST KEPT COMING TO MY OLD ONE. BUT IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS NOW OR A LITTLE OVER, I HAVE USED THIS APP & STILL LOVE IT! I HAVE USED OTHER APPS FOR OTHER COMPANIES & IT WAS SO DIFFICULT! I find the app great to use. I have only one issue which has been occurring for the past 6 weeks. When I go in to add km with client as a premium, it sometimes allows me to. With the bottom. Right hand corner plus sign but other times does not appear. This can happen with the same client from one day to another or different clients. App has been updated and location is turned on. Again, it appears to float in and out of allowing me to add despite previous client having the function.

Alaya care is not user-friendly and has way too many glitches I would never sudjest alaya care to anyone

The app keeps erasing half of what I write in the progress notes. I have to literally copy everything I write, so I can paste it, after I press submit and the app all of a sudden says "there was an error" and try again

I can't read no messages, and it will not clock you out on time. This app needs some work done

The latest update has made everything ridiculous. With the first schedule change that had to be corrected, all I got were error messages for charting. I was able to work through all but one. And that one ended up not allowing me to clock out. Also, it mutated my 8hr shift to a 4hr one. However, today was the worst. I sign into the app to make sure my schedule is correct. I do not clock into the charting until I get to the job site. When I tried to clock in all I got was the error: 406 Service al
