Alaya care is not user-friendly and has way too many glitches I would never sudjest alaya care to anyone

I have lost count of how many times this app will not allow me to clock out due to it refusing to submit the General Questions or a client's signature. Whether I'm connected to their Wi-Fi or using my cell service makes no difference. It crashes and closes itself more often than not. I have uninstalled and redownloaded the app per instructions from my supervisor, and still no luck. Currently, I have been trying for 15 HOURS, to clock out of a client with no success. Hire a new software developer

The latest update has made everything ridiculous. With the first schedule change that had to be corrected, all I got were error messages for charting. I was able to work through all but one. And that one ended up not allowing me to clock out. Also, it mutated my 8hr shift to a 4hr one. However, today was the worst. I sign into the app to make sure my schedule is correct. I do not clock into the charting until I get to the job site. When I tried to clock in all I got was the error: 406 Service al
