Since the update July 2025 I have had no luck signing into the app it doesn't send link via email to renew password or recognize my original log in details

Deplorable. Failed to add shift notes the last three logins having being a Shift Care member for over 12 months. Uninstall app, reinstall, re-enter password / change password. Such a hassle after successfully logging in and adding notes only to be informed that 'notes' failed to upload. Three days! By fluke the past two comprehensive days of notes have somehow uploaded after spending an hour trying to upload after writing notes.

Not user-friendly, the gps needs to have a function to allow for updates in shift location, so you can sign out. Especially if you transport and drop a client to a different location other than home. What would be useful is to have a couple of regulars gps points rather than the rigidity of only home-base. It also would not let me load my kms for client transport. Definitely needs an overhaul.

System is very poorly designed. Does not alow to customize data. Invoice and Timesheets are not calculating correctly with the pricing and pay rates assigned to times and worker's. Staff appears friendly but issues aren't getting resolved in a timely manners even if they escalate them. Would not recommend if you rely on accurate timesheets, invoicing or scheduling. Very poor system.
