System is very poorly designed. Does not alow to customize data. Invoice and Timesheets are not calculating correctly with the pricing and pay rates assigned to times and worker's. Staff appears friendly but issues aren't getting resolved in a timely manners even if they escalate them. Would not recommend if you rely on accurate timesheets, invoicing or scheduling. Very poor system.

Deplorable. Failed to add shift notes the last three logins having being a Shift Care member for over 12 months. Uninstall app, reinstall, re-enter password / change password. Such a hassle after successfully logging in and adding notes only to be informed that 'notes' failed to upload. Three days! By fluke the past two comprehensive days of notes have somehow uploaded after spending an hour trying to upload after writing notes.

The app began as a 4.5/5 imo, but it's come down now since they've removed the option to select multiple dates when doing unavailability. It has become tedious and time-consuming to do 1 date at a time, especially when my unavailability remains fairly consistent week to week. I should be able to knock out a couple of months worth of unavailability in 2 minutes instead of an hour

We have been trying to log in the app after changing the email I used with the company, we have failed this is a bad app. I can't pick shifts, it's quite annoying
