AuthentiCare: · Verifies worker’s identity, location, service time, type of service and recipient of service. · Uses two factor authentication (device ID and user login with strong password) for user security. · Provides full encryption of data at rest and in transit for HIPAA compliance. · Has worker-specific appointment calendar with address information for scheduled visits. · Searches for nearby authorized recipients of care for unscheduled visits. · Supports GPS service validation and provides an option for visit verification in homes that are outside of 4G or wifi coverage. · Frontier mode allows for operation up to 7 days without having data service to synch the device. · Automates medical claim creation based on worker visit information. Using the app is SO much more efficient than clocking in and out by landline was. The only complaint I have is that I wish we could see a clock in or clock out when we have an open-ended work session. In other words, if we forgot to clock in, but we remembered to clock out, or vice versa, I wish we could see the missing time, so we could make a correction without calling the payroll agent.

When you clock in or out, and it tells you the hours you work for that day, they need to include the hours the've worked for the week also instead of having to press the calendar and add them up yourself.

Horrible system all around, especially with being able to log in and actually clock in/out. System will tell me I am locked out, but when HR looks I am not locked out. Then I log in with no problems the next day. System will search for data, after 5 tries, I give up on clocking in or out. When looking at hours it is missing hours. Go to calendar to see and entire days worked are missing.

Over the past few weeks this app has been clocking me in. I will log in and clock in, then when I go to clock out it shows that I never clocked in. very disappointed. You all need to build an update.

This piece of software is absolutely a piece of junk. It does not automatically log you out when you reach 11:00 p.m. the most recent update has got it telling you that you have maxed out your hours when you have not. And in order to have your password changed you have to have some other administrator change your password which is not secure you cannot change your own password
