Just at Alberta Precision & the nurse scanned my electronic wallet & was able to identify me. I'm the 1st person she's had to use that for, so it was exciting for both of us... I also hate paper or physical IDs or cards so this is awesome!!!

A lot of issues and not consistent. The Alberta Health Card installed successfully at first but cannot retrieve anymore. Login via mobile app has problems and need to go via web instead.

Cannot sign in. gets to the point of asking for quick sign in then kicks me out into the sign-in page

The app is glitchy. 2 complaints: 1.) The password saved in your Password Manager is entered as "alberta.ca" making is easily confused with the MADI login. Not user-friendly. 2.) The system sent a code by SMS to "verify" the account, but it froze and wouldn't let me enter it. I logged into the app and found the code entry page by pressing "exit" on the verification area. It froze again. Useless. 3.) The Service Alberta should be using blockchain instead of MADI and this "wallet".
