★★★★★ Allies taxies are one number taxi service in the Great Yarmouth area, yes might be busy at times and a wait but shows the demand for the business, but most of the time the wait is under 10 mins, highly recommended from a londoner who has a taxi in mins

★★☆☆☆ App is shocking Cancels trips with no reason When a driver is assigned it say 1 min, 2 min aways this is never the case. I'm the app. It waits an extended time to assign a driver it will wait until one is in your zone, but that zone is a couple. Of miles each zone so take time. Also, when you type in your address the app changes the address to where the app thinks you are ie I booked a taxi for KFC with the rest of the address however the app changed it to 114b regent Road, so the driver had no i

★★☆☆☆ Drivers were all excellent, severely let down by dispatchers and app integration. Took three trips, each of them had a different problem caused by app or dispatchers.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, no notification that taxi was going to be 15 mins late (even though I pre-booked it) no notification that driver was on his way and generally very slow. Will phone up in future as it's quicker and works
