The search bar should automatically appear when you click the shop button. The search bar doesn't come easily once you've got to the cart so going back to choose another product is difficult. Sometimes I leave the app and log in again. It is also difficult to see previous orders. Please improve these functionality issues. Also, payment section is only in Arabic. English functionality would be a great help.

First and worst experience with Dawa. I uploaded my prescription, and my insurance approved both medicines, but only one was delivered. It took over 4 hours despite the medicine being urgent. I tried contacting customer support around 10 times with no proper help. After waiting 25 minutes on a call, I was promised a callback within an hour regarding the missing medicine, but no one called. Extremely poor service, unreliable delivery, and unacceptable customer support. Extremely regretting

Very stupid app! I selected the product I wanted and proceeded to checkout; after several tries of trying to select the pickup from store option, I gave up and selected home delivery. After selecting home delivery the product is suddenly out of stock!!!!!!

This app is not that good, I ordered 2 times, both time they cancelled my order, when I give them my order number they say there is no order at this number, 👎
