Worst customer service and delivery service👎 Ordered baby milk which I need urgently I paid for it fast delivery fee when I order it shows me that I will receive withen 30 min then after that 30 min I received 1 notification says that the item is not available will be delay what kind of joke is this first of all if you don't have stocked you have to remove that item, and I gave 1 question if you don't have that item why are you waiting until people purchasing for unavailable item for second time 😡

I have prescription from jvc Manhattan branch 2 days ago I have pending medicine already approved from insurance I ask them when I got the pending the answer was we don't have stock, and they don't know when they will get it I spoke to customer service they said during 24 to 48 hours they will call you what's kind of customer service they want me to wait 2 days more I think they can get the medicine from any branch and finish more the 200 branches no stock very ugly service

Very poor customer service and very poor pharmacy thus don't have any organizations or updated the stock availability via app and don't have any kind of customer service ever
