I would have given negative rating if that was possible. Worst service I ever had when it comes to online order. I received a damaged electric toothbrush which cost me 100 aed. It took them 3 weeks and almost 10 calls from my side to finally take an action. I told them to refund my money back to my bank account as i don't want it in their wallet anymore. And now its already 3 weeks since they said they had processed the refund and I still didn't get my money.

Yesterday, I purchased protein powder and completed the payment. I received a message that my order would be ready within 8 minutes. However, when I reached Shop 62, I was informed that the product was out of stock. After reaching home, I received another message after nearly 2 hours stating that my order had been cancelled. This is very disappointing and reflects poor inventory management and customer service. You need to improve these processes to remain competitive in the market.

Very bad experience. My husband needs, an urgent homeopathic medicine. We ordered online.someone called from life pharmacy and told, u will b getting call from life pharmacy, but we didn't got any call, one msge cane saying hi. We replied on that, but they are not responding on that as well, we called as well, but they are not picking up the call.it's been almost 3 days now .very poor service from life pharmacy. So much disappointed
