Worst service ever I requested items from the app and paid by debit card at 3.15 p.m then one of the pharmacy staff contacted me in order to clarify the product, and I explained to her that the item I need is (unscented) as requested. But the item wasn't available, and I'm forced to accept the scented one. Then the order delivered at 4.45 with extra fees 15L. E to be paid cash, why? "Extra delivery fees" as the order came from a little bit far branch" it's not my fault BTW bad experience 👎🏽

Too bad experience, as they let us wait for 6 hours minimum to receive our medicine orders. Update: recently the waiting time reaches 72 Hours with no response till we call the call center to accelerate handling our requests
