A customer account with DocMorris and a smartphone with the DocMorris app are required to redeem the voucher. Redeemable once on the entire product range (excluding infant formula and price-linked items, e.g. books) including discounted goods. Not redeemable when purchasing products from other providers via the DocMorris online marketplace or Same Day Delivery orders. The voucher amount will first be offset against the statutory co-payment during the ordering process and then against the price of any non-prescription products ordered. Validity of the voucher promotion and code: Until 31.12.2024. Cannot be combined with other promotions or price advantages, e.g. special prices advertised exclusively via third parties. If a voucher (code) is entered, a higher price than the special price may be applied. Any voucher value exceeding the invoice amount shall be forfeited. Payment of the voucher value is excluded.

L had a recipe with two prescription medications. All l had to do is to scan my electronic health insurance card with this app. After the app obtained this two medications all l had to do was to pay. I ordered it on Friday morning and got it by DHL in my apartment on Saturday in the afternoon. You can also order non-prescription medications in this App.

I ordered a medicine, but the planned delivery is due, and it's delivered yet. It's not a (clothes) to be ok to wait for it, it's a medicine, and it must arrive at the promised time and date. If I knew it, I would have not ordered it via this app.

For months, it's been impossible to order via the app. Every time I try I see the following error: "The payment could not be processed. Please try again, choose a different payment method or contact our customer service." I tried all payment methods. None of them works for me in the app. What is so difficult? Why do you have no monitoring and fix these bugs?

Delivery dates indicated are very different from reality. For my first order, the actual delivery date was many dates later than indicated on the app. My second order was made a few days ago, and it said the expected date would be today. When I checked the courrier tracking status, the order was received only yesterday and there is no plan yet when the medicine would be delivered. For this reason, I never use this app for my e-prescription as I need my medicine immediately.
