So easy and convenient! Communication is excellent, too. The only improvement I would make would be a reminder to request prescription renewals. Would be very helpful on controlled substance scripts like Ritalin, etc., which expire and must be renewed each month by the doctor.

Cannot upload a new insurance card or take a photo of it. When I get to the screen to take a photo or upload it asks for permissions, I grant it, and then it does nothing. There is clearly a bug on the Pixel 6 version

Awful experience. CaryRX billed my previous insurance, who sent me to collections. Asked CaryRX to correct their billing error, CaryRX told me it was too late to help me.
